When will my order ship? TOP

All In Stock items will ship within two business days. Orders placed by 12PM CST usually ship the same day. Drop Ship Items will vary by manufacturer.

How do you ship orders? TOP

We ship all orders via Federal Express. Standard Shipping orders will be sent via FedEx Ground. All express shipments will ship via FedEx one or two business day upon request.

Where do you ship from? TOP

All stock items are shipped from Chicago, Illinois.

What is your shipping policy? TOP

All instock items will ship within two business days of receipt of your order. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Ruch Shipment is available. We ship exclusively through FedEx Express for all Overnight, Second Day and Three Day Express Saver options. Orders received by 12:00PM CST will ship same day for all in stock items. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST requiring express shipment may be accomodated at an additional fee of $20 per order.

Can I cancel my order? TOP

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped you can return the item, but you must first complete a returns form and get a Returns Authorization Number from Marix Studio. Both the form and Return Authorization Number can be easily obtained by emailing info@marixstudio.com or calling Customer Service at 1.877.745.4900.

Can you get an item I don't see on your site? TOP

If you are looking for a specific item from one of our manfacturers and you don't see it on our site contact us. We most likely can get it for you!

Can I return an item? TOP

Yes, we will gladly accept a return of an item as long as it is unused and it's its original unopened packaging and not damaged. If you need to return an item please contact Marix Studio at 1.877.745.4900 or info@marixstudio.com for a Returns Form and a Returns Authorization Number.

Returns will not be accepted without a completed Returns Form AND a Returns Authorization Number.

How will I receive a refund for a returned item? TOP

Our return poliy requires a Returns Form to be completed along with a Returns Authorization Number. Both items can be obtained by contacting Customer Service at 1.877.745.4900 or emailing info@marixstudio.com. Once we receive the item back in good condition the cost of your order minus the original shipping will be refunded to the credit card used to pay for the original order.

Do you share my information? TOP

No, we do not provide our customers' information to any third parties. All information gathered by placing an order or joining our mailing list is completely private.

What if my shipment arrived damaged? TOP

We ship exclusively through FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. All claims for packages received damaged must filed with FedEx. Please have the tracking number available for the representative and save all packing as they may require retrieving the damaged box and contents in order to settle the claim.
